| After graduation, I worked at the Royal Jubilee Hospital as a Nurses Aide for 4 years. After being married in Victoria, we lived in Vancouver for 6 months. Then we drove across Canada to live in Toronto Our first son, Ian Richard was born in 1962 and the second son, Norman Carl was born in 1968. After divorce, the three of us moved to a communal spiritual group on an 87 acre farm in King City, Ontario. This community hosted many classes and workshops during the 20 years I lived there. Both boys graduated from Community Colleges in Peterborough and Toronto. Ian is presently renovating his home in Toronto's Cabbagetown neighbourhood. He works for the TD Bank. Ian and Margaret were married in August 1998. Norman has his own home and is very busy with his own NCG Construction business in Waterdown Ontario. I continue to be in contact with many wonderful friends both here and around the world. I have lived back in Toronto for the past 10 years, employed at Stockland Baby Store. I am now enjoying this new retired lifestyle which keeps me busy: doing exercises; Tai Chi; card playing; and lawn bowling. Ellen Goldby (Gibson) |
